The 2014 Season is sold out.

The Tryon Concert Association is delighted to spend its 60th Anniversary celebrating in style during the 2014 – 2015 season. In keeping with the festive nature of so many successful years, TCA has planned something special for subscribers.

On Tuesday, September 30, 2014, at the opening performance of the season – Gabriela Montero, pianist — all subscribers will be invited to a reception before the program as a way to say Happy Birthday, TCA, and Thank You, subscribers, for all your support, a celebration in two movements for one fun evening.

The King’s Singers on December 15 will give subscribers two wishes: Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas. In a departure from the usual venue, the February concert will feature the organ at Holy Cross Episcopal Church with organist Paul Jacobs.

In addition to the habitual stellar performers provided by TCA, this season’s series includes a bonus for subscribers. One week before the Brentano String Quartet performs on March 26, 2015, the film A Late Quartet (2012), which features the quartet’s chamber music, will be screened at Tryon Fine Arts Center on March 19, 2015.

The Tryon Concert Association board is excited to present this fabulous celebratory season to our subscribers as we are 60 years and going strong.
